Drake Reportedly Files "God's Plan" Trademark for Game Show

Drake is reportedly hoping to bag a "God's Plan" trademark for a TV game show, new merch, and more. Meanwhile, I will await Lil Uzi Vert's surely inevitable "Satan's Plan."

Today in "God's Plan"-related news, we have received exclusive word that Drake is planning a sequel to the track's video in which he links up with blink-182 for a more "Rock Show"-esque approach to getting rid of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Just kidding. Early Tuesday while I was asleep and dreaming of my future failures, TMZreported that Drake is "locking down" a "God's Plan" trademark. The outlet perhaps most known for often reporting on things that don't even remotely matter has gotten their hands on court documents that show Drake may be using the "God's Plan" phrase for new merchandise and a TV game show. The filing also includes music videos, marketing, promo, and audio recordings.

At the time of this half-assed writing, Drake's "God's Plan" video was close to topping 762 million views on YouTube. Drake has called the video, directed by Karena Evans, "the most important thing I have ever done in my career." The song itself is currently at No. 16 on the Billboard Hot 100, joining other Scorpion cuts "In My Feelings," "Nice for What," "Nonstop," "I'm Upset," "Mob Ties," and "Don't Matter to Me." Somehow, "Summer Games" is nowhere to be found.

Anyway, in a perfect world Lil Uzi Vert would have already released a "Satan's Plan" by now. What gives?
