~ Facebook Marketing Tips ~
You may have missed it because it did not get much ink but Facebook recently updated their Ad Preferences tool. Why should you care? If you want to tweak what others see (which aids in the ads you see) or change settings to help determine those ad types, this is the tool for you. It is a great opportunity to control outside influencers so why not use it?
One of the easiest ways to generate buzz about a specific topic, provide a forum for creativity, sounding board, or learning opportunity, and definitely to provide real estate consumers with key information they can use is to create a Facebook Group. Follow the link to see how incredibly easy it is. If you do not want to manage your own group, there are literally thousands on FB (both public and private) that you can seek out and possibly join instead. Give them a try, you have absolutely nothing to lose.
I am still finding a lot of broken Facebook links on AR profiles. It is in your best interest to take a few minutes and verify the FB link listed on your profile actually works and points to the page you want consumers to visit. Something as simple as a link error could cost you business so do not let that happen. Check your links!
