Dementia UK
According to statistics, one in two of us will be affected by dementia, whether through caring for a loved one or experiencing it ourselves. As bleak as that statistic may be, it's not all hopeless: supporting a charity like Dementia UK can make real differences. It provides free and life-changing advice for anyone affected by the disease, and this month, it's holding a pop-up exhibition in London's Paternoster Square showcasing artworks from children living with someone with dementia. Titled “In the Artist’s Studio”, this latest instalment of Uniqlo x JW Anderson is a manifesto of modern everyday wear that pays loving homage to the iconic mid-century designs of the past (and it's pretty affordable, FYI). Baby Reindeer
There are a lot of shows you could stream this weekend, and plenty of them are unassuming enough to waste an hour or two while you scroll on your phone. Baby Reindeer is not one of those programmes. A deeply vulnerable semi-autobiographical piece by Richard Gadd, these seven episodes are as engrossing as they are vulnerable, with themes of stalking, sexual assault and self-worth all at play. It's worth preparing yourself for some harrowing scenes, but this is well worth the watch. On Netflix.

The last time Rolex shadow dropped a new watch, its Le Mans Daytona turned out to be the hottest and hardest to get timepiece of 2023.
