Budgets, ACFR Reports, and Tax Information

This section is meant to provide taxpayers with additional information to ensure that we are being transparent with the city's finances. On this page you can find City budgets, both proposed and adopted, from Fiscal Year 2008-2009 to present, information about historical property tax rates, and debt information as well.

We strive to make the information easily findable, with visualizations of the key important information right here on the page. More information is available in the PDF documents that are linked throughout this page.

Open Finance

Open Finance is part of our commitment to improving transparency by providing a guided view through complex financial information. This site provides a transparent look at the types of revenue we collect and how we allocate those public funds.

The charts, graphs, and tables included are all highly interactive and we invite you to explore. The site is updated at the beginning of every week and the amounts for the current fiscal year (October 1 through September 30) are as of the previous week ending.

It also has the the amounts prior fiscal years, which are for the entire fiscal year.

In 2007 the City set the tax rate at $0.7425 per $100 of valuation. In FY2021 it was reduced to .723466. It was moved to $0.7425 in FY2022.
