Vintage High Chair in Natural Wood and Warm White

I love giving old pieces new life. This vintage wooden high chair was my latest makeover project. I am loving the end look, how about you? This solid wood cutie was found by my furniture scouting sister. I messaged the seller sight unseen I would take it. My Mom picked it up and delivered to my door. THANKS family for all your help!

Sister Jewelry Boxes in Pink & Purple

A great customer brought these 2 "matching" jewelry boxes for her sweet little girls.
One wanted pink and the other purple.

Both boxes were cleaned well for good paint adherence then all hardware and swinging doors removed. This makes all areas easily accessible to paint perfectly.

I chose Fusion Mineral Paint's English rose for the pink one. Even though the wood was light it took 3 coats to get the coverage I wanted.  A light sponge sanding smoothed all the painted areas. I then added Fusion's rose gold wax to give it some sparkle.

For the purple one, the customer chose Cottage paint in passion fruit, a deep rich purple.  Again this color required 3 coats to get the perfect color.  Again, a light sponge sand smoothed the paint. To seal it I used Fusion's pearl wax. Look at the difference it makes giving just the prettiest of shimmer to the purple color.

All hardware was put back on, the mirrors cleaned to a sparkle, the lined drawers, sides and cubbies cleaned and the doors put back on and they were complete.

And here are the adorable little girls with their "new" jewelry boxes!
