In celebration of their 7th anniversary, Winding River Taekwon-Do held a Kick-a-Thon on November 2nd, raising over $2000 for the East Hants Family Resource Center.
On October 31st the Elmsdale PetValu held a 5 minute shopping spree for the SPCA which resulted in over $1200 of product to help animals in need.
