Recently, China-based Xiaomi launched its first ever gaming laptop and then launched its first gaming smartphone — Black Shark. Now, according to the latest report, the company is all set to start selling its gaming headsets — Xiaomi Gaming Headset on 27th April.
The Xiaomi Gaming Headset will be available for purchase in China on 27th April for a price of 349 Yuan, which roughly converts to $55. Twitter user Ishan Agarwal has shared the promotional images of the gaming headsets, which reveals its design and features.
In terms of design, the company has opted for a minimalist design, without any ‘Xiaomi’ or ‘Mi‘ branding. There’s an LED strip on both sides, and the user also has the ability to configure the color of the LED strip as well as the lighting effects through a software.
The leaked images reveal that the Xiaomi Gaming Headset will come with 7.1 Virtual Surround Stereo Engine, 40mm Graphene Composite Diaphragm, and Dual Microphone ENC Ambient Noise Reduction Technology.
It appears that the company will be providing two types of connectors with the headset — one with 3.5mm connector and another for USB-Type C port. As said, the Xiaomi Gaming Headset will go on sale in China from 27th April for 349 Yuan (~ $55).

It seems that Xiaomi is now seriously considering to make its mark in the gaming market. It first launched a gaming laptop which has been priced competitively compared to its competitors. It also backed Black Shark Technologies which launched its first gaming smartphone, Black Shark, which now competes against the likes of Razer Phone and Nubia Red Magic Phone.
