We have a Custom Loaf bread machine – I love the control that I have in making my bread with this machine especially over my previous machine. It offers 4 different sizes of the loaf that can be baked inside the machine as well as different crust crustiness! Then there are lots of other settings which come in very handy like the dough setting which is used often by us as a family to make Burger Buns, Cinnamon Rolls, and Belgian Buns.

I have had 2 different pizza stones the first one cracked after years of use it was a circular one which I loved but when it cracked I replaced it with 2 rectangle pizza stone with a wire rack so that I could place it on my kitchen surface or table straight from the oven on a heatproof mat. I went for rectangle because for picnics I like to make a large rectangle pizza as it’s easier to transport than the more traditional circular pizza. The reason we have 2 – because the boys in the family won’t eat cheese and don’t want mine and my daughter’s cheese touching their pizza!

The kids love making our pizza night “authentic” so we bought ourselves a pizza cutter and slice remover it’s easy enough to cut the pizza with a knife but there is something more fun about sharing the pizza when you cut it with a pizza cutter.

Knowing that I am not alone with my love of Pizza and family pizza nights when I am gifting someone that I know is a cook a housewarming present or occasion then I try and hunt out this Homemade Pizza Night Gift set – with 3 different sauces and a pot of seasoning it’s a perfect gift for my cooking friends.
