Rob and Jen met while working at a restaurant and share an affinity for over-the-top desserts. Back in the day, Collingdale had no bakeries in which to indulge in a good slice of cake or two! Hence, the birth of Cupcakeology!
With Jen’s great passion and love for desserts and Rob’s restaurant managerial training, the two make uniquely flavored cupcakes whose reputation has spread far and wide! They do not compromise taste or flavor for good looks (though their cupcakes are beautiful), as they bake with the same good ol’ fashioned, simple ingredients that Grandmom used. Using sweet cream and buttermilk keeps their desserts luscious and flavorful!
