LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS
Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate - trust us, your body will thank you for it!
INSANITY
Insanity has you working as hard as you can for three minutes, with 30 seconds of rest in between. You’ll work every part of your body, and find that it has a huge impact, from weight loss to cardiovascular improvements. Replace traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise.
H.I.I.T.
HIIT classes involve high-intensity bursts of work with only short rest periods in between, so going to a HIIT class is an exercise in extreme energy expenditure

Dive into your inner core and feel the stomach muscles tighten. A short 30 minute class designed to specifically target the core muscles which create the foundation and support for your posture.
