Boxercise
BOXERCISE 

THE FASTEST WAY TO GET YOUR BODY TIGHT
BOXERCISE is a fiercely energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. Unleash and empower yourself.

Step into a Boxercise workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 700 calories along the way. This high-energy boxing inspired workout and there are no complex moves to master. I will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every class. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

LEGS, BUMS AND TUMS

Shape up and burn fat as you lunge, step and squat your way to fitness in this ever-popular, fun class using both weights and your own bodyweight. The high repetition based routines will put your legs, bums and tums through their paces in a bid to trim down those areas we love to hate - trust us, your body will thank you for it!

INSANITY

Insanity has you working as hard as you can for three minutes, with 30 seconds of rest in between. You’ll work every part of your body, and find that it has a huge impact, from weight loss to cardiovascular improvements. Replace traditional moderate-intensity exercise with maximum-intensity exercise, and trades short intervals of intensity for short periods of rest. Adding high-intensity exercise forces the body to use fast-twitch muscle fibers not normally engaged in cardio exercise. These fast-twitch fibers continue burning fuel even during lower-intensity exercise.

H.I.I.T.

HIIT classes involve high-intensity bursts of work with only short rest periods in between, so going to a HIIT class is an exercise in extreme energy expenditure

ABS BLAST

Dive into your inner core and feel the stomach muscles tighten. A short 30 minute class designed to specifically target the core muscles which create the foundation and support for your posture.

BODY BLITZ

Want to reduce body fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn calories more efficiently? BODY BLITZ to the rescue! 

Completing a timed circuit designed to push you to your own limits and allow you to work at your own pace meaning all fitness abilities and ages are welcome... All Classes will have a mixture of Stamina and Strength Training Exercises in order to give you a wide range of activities and something new to try each week!

AEROBIC BLAST

Spending as much time as possible in your optimum training zone for burning calories and fat, this session focusses on using only your bodyweight in varying styles of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) including Tabata (eight rounds of 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off intervals). Expect to see side effects such as burning more calories for longer after your workout and generally feeling awesome! Great if you’re looking to shape up, trim down and seriously boost your fitness levels.

BARRE

Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training. Most classes incorporate a ballet barre and use classic dance moves such as plies, alongside static stretches. Barre also focuses on high reps of small range movements 

YOGA

Experience mind and body connection through a series of disciplined physical postures, breathing exercises and relaxation. You’ll be increasing flexibility and balancing all parts of the body through this strengthening workout. Yoga can help reduce stress levels and improve overall health.

TOTAL STRETCH

A gentle but challenging exercise class that will stretch your whole body and increase mobility in all aspects of your life. Use this class as an added session to push the body to all new limits.

Chelsea has been a qualified Nutritionalist and Personal Trainer for the past 5 years. She has experience with helping clients achieving there goals with Weight Loss, Self Esteem Problems and Healthy Lifestyles…

Faye started taking part in Insanity classes over 5 years ago. She has a passion for pushing people out of their comfort zones and changing “I can’t” attitudes to “I can!” 
The name may sound scary but this really is a high intensity workout anyone can enjoy. Insanity will improve your overall fitness and strength, you will surprise yourself week after week as you get stronger and fitter! 
There is nothing better than a group of people of different fitness levels, coming together to push themselves and eachother to some motivational music!

 Caroline Catline

 Yoga Instructor

Caroline started practising yoga 10 years ago to help with the stresses that came with her high pressure sales career. Instantly, she fell in love with the way yoga made her feel. More relaxed, able to deal with work pressures and strong.
Caroline continued her yoga practice throughout her pregnancies and after her maternity leave, she decided on taking a career break to look after her 2 sons. Throughout this time, Caroline discovered a real passion for fitness through attending CSD fitness classes and decided to pursue her love for yoga and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in November 2019.
