The Kent, Surrey and Sussex Air Ambulance Trust provides a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service, responding to patients who have suffered trauma or serious medical emergencies.

They are such a vital charity supporting the people that live in the South East of England and I wanted to show my support by taking part in a 10K run.
