Good morning, Daniel, I am just writing to you to comment on your article regarding why your business does not work with some of the bigger wealth management companies. I have not commented directly because my company has effectively banned me from publishing on LinkedIn! That probably sums up the gist of your article. I have had a XX year career which has always focused on providing service of the highest order putting the person opposite me first and ensuring they get the best I can offer them. You know who I work for and for the X months I have been here, I have worked hard to 'influence' a change from the 'chase the money' to one of customer focused service. The results may take longer to achieve but the complaints are far, far less. However, I fear that my attempts have fallen on deaf ears. I am starting to wonder how much longer I can work in an industry that seems focused on lining the pockets of everyone but the client. Most frustrating!
