Mortgage & Protection Advisor - New Build Mortgage Sector - Basic £30k + car + 45k income guarantee for 24 months - Croydon, South London OTE £70k 

Our client is a highly established New Build Mortgage Brokerage in the UK. They are looking to recruit Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join their team in London and the South East. The mortgage advisor will be responsible for speaking with clients who have purchased a new build property. 4 qualified home appointments are arranged each week with mainly first-time buyers purchasing under the 'help to buy scheme'.  You will analyse provided fact finds and prepare mortgage and protection solutions best suited to individual client requirements and help clients make informed decisions. The mortgage & protection advisor will have a background in estate agency, financial services, banking, insurance and have experience of offering advice on mortgage & protection products. 

Required Knowledge, skills and qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information 
  • Minimum, of 2 years demonstrable customer facing mortgage sales experience.
  • Full CEMAP mortgage qualification or equivalent.
  • Highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Full driving licence.
