Mystery Is an Invitation for Intimacy!
God does not hide things from us, He hides things FOR us…
Come on, that’s good, let me say it again..
GOD does not hide things From us, HE hides things FOR us!!!
Proverbs 25:2 It is the glory of God to conceal things, but the glory of Kings is to search things out!
We are the Kings that God is referring to in this passage, we are the inheritance of the Kingdom of God. God’s heart is that we would live a life fully in His kingdom!! that means we get to get up everyday and search for the “treasures” He has for us in each day!!
That is so amazing!!! I mean think about it, every day you get up you can EXPECT to find treasures in the day or to use another word to explain it would be blessings in the day.
I love the challenge of seeking to find, it takes action, YOU seek and the reward is the hidden treasure of Life.
Intimacy comes from times of vulnerability, risk, communication, time together to genuinely getting to know each other. See GOD knows YOU … He created you EVEN before the earth — you were a dream in His heart from the very beginning.
Today YOU are His dream come true. And now the privilege, if we choose, is to walk this amazing season here on earth, and live adventure and expectation in this mystery of intimacy with Jesus.
1 Corinthians 2:9-10 But as it is written, ” What no eye has seen, nor ear heard, nor the heart of man imagined, what God has prepared for those who love Him” –
10: these things God has revealed to us through the spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God.
So where will you find the special treasures God has created JUST for YOU? As you press into getting to know the very one who created you!
It’s an amazing mystery, you get to be the treasure hunter, get to know the one who created the map and begin the most amazing journey of a life time!! You have purpose, your role is to unveil the treasures. And I can with confidence say, as You chase after HIM and He reveals the secrets of His heart to you, YOU will walk into your full destiny and purpose!!
Practical ways to start your journey
1. Ask Jesus Into Your heart, and ask Him to be Lord over your Life! Now If you have never done this before connect with me and I will walk you thought this amazing life changing event. I would like to call you so you can really have an understanding of what you are deciding to do and pray with you.
2. Start to read His word in the bible every day. It is a living breathing word, and I would say start with Proverbs. I always told my kids a proverbs a day keeps the devil away.. Good instruction book for how to walk out our lives. Matthew is also a great starting point.
3. Pray! Prayer is just a conversation between YOU and God. That means you just dialogue with Him, and KNOW IN FAITH that your prayers are being heard! HE will answer, because that is HIS heart, so get to know about prayer and hearing from God it is amazing!!
4. Connect with a group / church/ fellowship so that you start to build relationship with people with like faith. WHY? Because we need each other, Iron sharpens Iron, so that means we grow and learn together in our faith.
