NORTH CHARLESTON, SC (WCSC) - A third person is now facing charges after a police officer saw a social media video which showed children engaged in “lewd acts” with two adult women.

Kendall Ford, 32, is charged with six counts of sexual exploitation of a minor. Lanarol Huger, 34, of Charleston and Syeann Jenkins, 20, of Goose Creek are already facing charges in connection with the video. An incident report identifies Ford is a relative of one of the children who attended the party.

Investigators say a 9:47 video of the incident, which showed two women with their buttocks exposed and their breasts exposed at various times, was posted to Ford’s Snapchat page and was then seen by one of the children’s teachers.

The affidavit states Ford recorded a digital video of the event and encouraged a child “to engage in sexual activity for the purpose of sexual stimulation during a live performance.” The video shows the women dancing provocatively with all six children who were in the room and the children are seen “grinding” against the women and “simulating sexual intercourse,” investigators say.

Ford identifies in the video as the one who orchestrated the event and is the primary person taking the video, according to the incident report. Police say that in the video, Ford says it is for one of the child’s birthdays.

The affidavit states Ford was recording the video and “can be seen and heard providing commentary and instructions to the minor children that is sexual in nature.”
