REALIFE

WELCOME TO THE JOURNEY OF LIFE

Life is everywhere.

We almost never stop to think about the force that keeps us breathing, that gives us emotions, that even gives us the ability to produce more life. It’s often in the most dire moments that we begin to search for meaning or truth in our lives. Have you ever truly stopped to think about what life really is, or the purpose behind it? In this journey, we will be searching for the reality of this epic force, the essence of Real Life.

WHAT IS LIFE?

The dictionary definition of life is, “the condition that distinguishes animals and plants from inorganic matter, including the capacity for growth, reproduction, functional activity, and continual change preceding death.” Beyond this definition, there is of course plenty of room for unanswered questions. Where does life come from? What gives life its power? We know what physical life looks like, but to define its meaning and purpose remains one of the great mysteries for mankind .

WHAT TYPE OF LIFE DO YOU HAVE?

Take a minute to think about your life - your upbringing, your family and friends, the schools you attended, the activities you participate in, your career path. All humans have a life, but the types of life and details of each person’s path abound. For example, some people live longer than others; some people have careers teaching children, while others study the causes of cancer. Who we are and who we become are a product of both nature and nurture. Ultimately, we could say that who we are is a product of the life we have.

So who are you?

What kind of life do you have?

REAL LIFE SHOULD SHOULD NEVER DIE.

Light illuminates.
Heat warms.
Sound resonates.
And so Life ... enlivens.

Yet, we know all too well that these immutable foundations of the world are corrupted.

We have darkness, the absence of light.
There is cold, the absence of heat.
We know silence, the absence of sound.
And there is death, the absence of life.

Real Life, it seems, should be abundant and everlasting, full of joy and satisfaction. One could argue that death is the opposite of life, because it might seem like death causes life to end. Death does exist, but it isn’t a “force.” It’s simply a state of being which is without life. Rather, evil is the true opposite of life, because it is the force that gets in the way of life, causing life to stop existing. People get sick; jealousy causes violence; hopelessness saps desire. Finding Real Life, means finding absolute goodness.

DO YOU HAVE REAL LIFE?

Real Life may seem like a fantasy, a long-forgotten secret which has been lost over time. You might be thinking, “There is no way this Real Life exists in the world.” And you’re right. Finding Real Life means looking elsewhere… somewhere ‘other-worldly.’
