Protection Adviser - Telephone based - Basic to £25k OTE £40k - Wokingham

Our client is a niche well-established Mortgage Brokerage with excellent introducer relationships in the New Build Mortgage Sector.

The Protection Advisor will advise new and existing clients and new mortgage clients referred by the mortgage advisor team.

The Protection Advisor will be responsible for guiding and advising customers on their Life Protection, Income Protection, Critical Illness and Accident Protection choices.

Protection Adviser Candidate Profile:

• 'A' Level and or further education qualifications

• experience providing telephone protection advice

• An excellent communicator

• experience of insurance products is a benefit 

• Currently providing Protection advice is essential

• The desire to achieve earnings over £40k

• Excellent telephone skills

• A high level of organisational skills

• a natural question asker and listener

• The ability to work with procedures and deadlines

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• IT literate
