Move aimed at bolstering Isobar's end-to-end data consulting offering.

Isobar Taiwan absorbs CRM data agency AAA

Taiwanese data consulting and CRM agency AAA, part of the Dentsu Aegis Network, is integrating its operations with Isobar Taiwan, a move is aimed at strengthening Isobar's data-led consultative services offering in the market.

Scott Hsia, general manager of AAA, will now become general manager of Isobar Taiwan's data and CRM department. AAA employs 11 staff members, all of whom will now become Isobar employees.

"With the rise of the experience economy, brands need to leverage data to create more valuable omnichannel experiences and unlock growth," Isobar Taiwan CEO Gary Chi said in a release. "AAA’s proven CRM and data-led business consulting expertise will combine with Isobar’s offering to provide omnichannel solutions and deliver transformative customer experiences that are idea-led and commerce-enabled."

Added Hsia, "Delivering dynamic marketing and creative strategies based on consumer data will become a powerful differentiator for brands. Through the integration of AAA with the Isobar team, we can deliver data-led creative ideas seamlessly, and create innovative advanced consulting solutions.”

Hsia has been general manager at AAA since 2017 but previously worked at Isobar Taiwan as a business manager in Taipei from 2007 to 2010 according to his LinkedIn page. In-between, he served as MD and CMO of retail analytics firm Migo Corp.
