When it comes to planning a wedding, many brides spend hours curating every last Pinterest-perfect detail. But for those of us with a major sweet tooth, the most important detail is, of course, the cake. So when we spotted this amazing wedding cake that lights up with Disney scenes, we had to share.
Disney Fairytale Weddings introduced the interactive cake, shown in the above video, last year. The seriously smart design uses projection mapping to beam moving images and still photographs right onto the cake's surface. And while such a spectacular light show might seem like the sort of thing that's for display-only, the cake is actually completely edible.
"You still get to pick the perfect cake, and whatever fillings that you're looking for, as well as transform your story onto the cake," according to the Disney Weddings website.
Once your dessert lights up, we imagine that guests won't be able to tear their eyes away. While the images and graphics projected on the cakes are customizable, we can't stop watching Tinker Bell fly across each tier, followed by Cinderella's carriage. With a show-stopping dessert like this, it's hard not to live happily ever after, right?
