In a city where eating for hours on end is a favorite pastime, every happening spot is now introducing brunch. Now, the first Japanese “Bento Brunch” has hit the Tel Aviv scene. From the crew behind Ya-Pan, one of the hottest spots in the city, the bento brunch lets you feast on a little bit of everything, the perfect antidote for the foodie who is always striving for variety.

Each tray presents a stunning offering of dishes, including Shiro Miso soup, roasted salmon with cheddar croissants, and the hard-to-find in this city, kimchi, a fermented cabbage that has gained popularity around the world.

In addition to the bento tray of Technicolor, you can order other dishes from the regular menu. The  bentos are served on Merci’s new collection for Serax, inspired by the famous ‘American Modern Dinnerware’ by Russel Wright and the Japanese bento. This collection is also available locally at Story.

Since it’s opening this summer, Ya-Pan has been a popular spot for an evening scene coupled with ultra-creative food. From the kitchen of  Tel Aviv’s multiple award-winning restaurateur, Chef Yuval Ben Neria (Taizu, Miazaki) is known for his utmost creativity and ability to surprise, with contrasting flavors that pop, presenting a unique culinary journey through Asia.

Reserve a spot for Fridays and Saturdays from 12:00-16:30. One tray: NIS 118.
