I have returned several pairs of shoes here and have good positive experiences. It was quick, easy and fast. I recommend this place and only come here as it's much easier and faster than the post office and UPS

Wonderful customer service. They are always helpful. I found Inbox and More a couple years ago and I wont go anywhere else. They are the best!!

Things usually go well at Inbox, I drop off a lot of pre-labeled stuff there. I would caution anyone who drops anything off though, to make sure you get a receipt for your parcel.

A Fedex shipment of mine mysteriously disappeared from there and there isn't any record at all of the tracking label, sent to me by the company to which I was returning a $120 pair of motorcycle boots.

When I dropped the box off, I noticed that Andrew was talking to someone, so I told him not to worry and just left. The one time I didn't get a receipt.

There is a U-Haul truck rental service associated with this location which was perfect for a recent moving need. Andrew was exceptional, the service was incredible as he even provided his cell phone should I encounter any issues after hours. Having rented numerous trucks from various U-Hauls around the country this location and specifically Andrew's attention to detail made the normally stress-riddled aspect of moving truck rental moot.

Andrew is always super helpful, and today, Mitch helped me bring all the boxes I was mailing into the store from my car. I always come here when I need to mail something - highly recommend.

Andrew took great care of me and helped me ship a very large box to the East Coast. Service was top notch, quickly, and super friendly. This business is a great asset for the community! He also saved me money by helping me get the best value, and a coupon for 15% for my next visit! Totally worth visiting.

I used Inbox & More to ship out a few things several years ago. Andrew had the key in the door to close up when I pulled up, yet he reopened from scratch, turning on the lights and rebooting computers, packed my stuff into boxes, labeled and ready for shipping.

Since then, every time I go into his shop, I am treated in the same manner I was that night and faithfully go back to his shop because there's nothing better than a business owner who puts the the Customer First from the minute you walk in, to the communications regarding the packages I've shipped.

Due to a new venture that requires extensive travel, I needed a place for mail to be received while away and I knew the only service I was going to use would be Andrew and Inbox & More.

I couldn't be happier. He's accommodated every request and provided additional services that I value immensely.

When most people think incredible customer service they wouldn't usually think of a pack and ship center, but that changed for me today.

Andy is a great guy who was helpful, funny, and engaging. I have honestly not had customer service like this in a very long time.

This was my second time back to INBOX AND MORE and I probably passed 15 shipping centers just to come to see Andy. That should say something.
