Based on the Governor's new coronavirus school reopening plan issued Friday, schools must be off the Monitoring List for 14 consecutive days in order to begin in-person instruction. School community members – including parents, facilitators, staff and learners – can track daily data on whether and why the county is on the Monitoring List at
https://covid19.ca.gov/roadmap-counties/#track-data.
Based on this information, we will be beginning the school year as all distance learning. When we are off the Monitoring List for 14 days we will be going back with two educational options that will be available for learners:
1. Hybrid Model
2. Full Distance Learning-Virtual
To plan effectively for the fall semester it is imperative that we have a count of the number of learners who are choosing each instructional model for the entire semester. We would appreciate your responses by Friday, July 31st at 5:00 pm.
Hybrid Model Cohort Days:
Last Name: A-M (Monday and Wednesday, Cohort A)
Last Name: N-Z (Tuesday and Thursday, Cohort B)
***IMPORTANT: Please submit one form per child attending the school***
Your response will be considered a final commitment for the fall semester at this time.
