GOOD STORY, LIKE OTHER NARRATOR BETTER!

Where does Dying Days rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

it was a good story...

What other book might you compare Dying Days to and why?

Its in the zombie genre..so its basically your search and stay safe kind of book, and beware of other survivors!

What three words best describe Amanda M. Lehman’s performance?

She was ok.... The narrator for the Darlene Bobich book was really good...I wish shewould have done these next ones too...

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

I did laugh a bit...

Any additional comments?

I like this series...but I wish we had the narrator from the Darlene Bobich book for these other books too...she is ok, but just my preference...I like that Darlene has found safety for now, and made some friends....lets see how long it lasts! On to the next one!

Very Good Zombie Action!

This is the second book in the series, the first being Darlene Bobich, Zombie Killer. Darlene has made her way to Florida, just south of St Augustine. I really like this setting because I am a native Floridian, and am familiar with the area, so this was pretty cool to me. Darlene is not your typical zombie hero, (read my review on the first book) she is just as lucky as she is ruthless, and does not hesitate in doing what needs to be done. She also has a very human side with desires and regrets, which is very refreshing. Overall, I am really enjoying the series. Armand Rosamilia has written a very unique view of the ZA that has a lot of directions still left unexplored. I am looking forward to learning more about the side characters and the circumstances surrounding them.

This was narrated by Amanda M Lehman. I thought she did a better job on the first book and may have tried a little hard on this one. With that being said, she did not take away from the book and I would listen to her other works. Just being honest. @byf2

Great story!

Overall, a great story. I've read Armand Rosamilia's other works and when I saw this on Audible figured I'd give it a try. Glad I did!

17 when the world as you know it came to an end.

If you could sum up Dying Days in three words, what would they be?

Knowing who you can trust.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Darlene Bobich. She was a tough cookie for being so young and handled herself well.

What does Amanda M. Lehman bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

She did a good job with the book.

I tried...

I heard of this author a few times. Think Mark Tufo recommended. Not sure if it was just the narration or if the story was just lacking. I listened to the whole thing just to make sure. I bought the first two books and will be returning them both.

Was ok but....

I usually write positive reviews, but this narrator was painful to listen to, some of the voices used just grated on me. I was looking forward to listening to this series but I'm going to stop with this book.

Good story awful narrator.

The narrator was awful. The story was good but her male characters sounded like women and Darlene the main character sounded like a man. Just crazy. I finished it bc I bought it. She just reading smh

Good story

As usual in zompoc fiction most of the population are despicable people. This book is no exception. I enjoyed it, but it felt too short, no time for that climactic battle!

Darlene Bobich is great

The book was a good listen. the characters are developed enough that the don’t seem stale and useless. The reading was fine. The words were clearly read and the pacing was consistent. Quite a fan of azrael, a really fun character. Wish the book was a bit longer. The hole book is just a fun ride. Would recommend picking it up.

A new outlook on Zombies!!

I have read a lot of books about zombies but Armand puts a new spin on the zombie that I hadn't seen before. His story kept me interested throughout the entire thing and I was left wanting for more. Can't wait to read more of his books to see where this story goes!
