Alex Cowan, Batten Fellow and adjunct lecturer at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, interviewed Google product manager Josh Andrews for his podcast series, The Interdisciplinarian. In the episode “Josh Andrews (Google) on Killing Complexity,” Cowan dives into Andrews experience on the team developing Google Apps for Work.
“One of the products that Josh has worked on is Google Apps for Work, which is their suite of communications and office applications … You’ll hear a lot about well-liked products that they kept simple, and it seems like that’s simple to do, but, of course, anybody who’s really been in there doing product management knows that it’s not. We’re going to talk about how you achieve that simplicity, which is hard.”
