Once again, Linzi Basset has given us another heart-wrenching, life affirming and suspenseful Devil's Cove book. You must read the previous books in the series in order to feel the love and powerful connections between these strong Alpha Doms...Rhone, Keon, Bruce, Jack, Ethan, Alex, Max, Lance. So many emotions surface as these men race to protect those they love and their very reason for living. Must Read!!!!

February 10, 2019OMG! This book is phenomenal! Linzi has brought the heat, suspense, and action in this story. I really wanted to be Pamela so I could have Alpha Alex for myself. Linzi weaves a tale that keeps you enthralled from beginning to end and leaves you wanting more. I might have screamed a little in frustration at the end.

Yay!!!! Alex and Pam's story. Oh what a story it is! So many questions answered from previous books in the series, and new questions that frustrate you to no end. Emotions galore guilt, anger, bewilderment, hate and love. When their emotions explode.... sooooooo hawt 🔥🔥🔥When you reach the end of this book hang on to your heart and mind and if you're like me have some tissues ready.

What does this book have to offer? Two intertwined story lines come together for a fast-paced, hang on to the edge of your seat mesmerizing read. Brilliant storyteller and masterful wordsmith, Linzi Basset, weaves a tale of lust, unrequited love, heartache, and betrayal in which you simply can't fathom what will happen next. Just when you think you might have some clarity, that maybe you can make a prediction, Basset teases you with new possibilities with the mere turn of a page. There is not a point in the story that you can do more than expect the unexpected as the myriad of plot twists will get your heart pumping and leave you breathless.
How does this book fit into the series? In this the seventh book focused on the members of Club Devil's Cove, we learn more about two characters we have come to know as integral to both the Precision Secure and BDSM elements of the series, Alex White and Pamela Seeger. Within the first few chapters, it becomes evident that a long and dark history exists between Master Rage and Mistress Pam; however, what isn't immediately clear is how this story will unfold. In a parallel story line that continues to develop from previous books in the series, an awareness quickly sets in that the mysterious and ruthless Sixth Order Crime Syndicate led by Zee and Dexter will play a pivotal role in how the overall story unfolds. Still reeling from Jack Blackmore's likely death in the previous book, the Precision Secure team sets out to uncover the truth and dismantle the Sixth Order piece by piece. Interspersed within these two plot lines is the desire to find out about Jack’s fate which is fueled by the belief of his fiance, Jordyn that he didn't perish in the devastating explosion. Halfway through the book the reason for Dexter's hatred toward Jack is revealed. As the relationship between Alex and Pamela develops, feelings are rekindled and old hurts rise to the surface causing friction and misunderstandings that must be overcome. The Sixth Order continues to unravel and key elements of their sinister plot are revealed for the first time.
Why should you read this book/series? I recommend reading the series in order for maximum enjoyment. I thoroughly enjoy Linzi Basset's books and eagerly anticipate each new release. Her Devil's Kiss was another stellar example of masterful storytelling. The characters were complex and authentic. The plot lines were well researched, plausible, and come together seamlessly to create a vivid picture of the Club Devil’s World. As a lover of the romance genre, I found the story of Alex and Pamela to be carnal and explosive. I highly recommend Her Devil's Kiss and encourage you add it to your library as I have no doubt if you are a fan of erotic, suspenseful books you will want this series as part of your collection.

As a pre reader for this series, I will tell you its one of the best of the series. Nothing over the top as far as punishment goes, alot of anger from Alex towards Pamela but again nothing over the top...ALOT of suspense, some drama, some wonderful "hot" scenes that Linzi's books are known for. This series is guided more towards the suspense/drama than just the BDSM club altho it does incorporate both. The only part I don't like is the story is left hanging/continuation. Now with that said, the book is approx 300 pages so I understand why but still I don't purchase books that you have to buy the next one to finish out the story. Sorry Linzi! I know she goes where her muse takes her.....Just saying what my personal preference is... You will enjoy this one alot if you don't mind the end left hanging...

Here we meet Pamela a very successful attorney. She had a relationship with Alex the governor & a dom, though someone told her husband who then committed suicide. Pamela believes that he did it deliberately as he knew the pain it would cause her. Causing her to end the relationship Four years later Pamela has reinvented herself, but is it to late for her to build bridges & go for what she really wants? The sixth order are still plotting and planning what to do next following the explosion they carried out at the wedding. The story continues with twists and turns and things that you don't see coming, it is another amazing read within the series 5* read absolutely loved it. Thrills, suspense, sex & love fantastic & what an ending talk about cliff hanger, can't wait for the book

But at its core, Her Devil's Kiss is about two people, Alex White and Samantha Seeger, rekindling to their powerful love. Even four years does not diminsh the depth of their feelings though they both have, at times, tried to deny them. It takes a couple of serious events to finally set them on the right path.

Linzi Basset has a wicked brilliant mind and will keep you guessing and wondering about what will happen then when all is said and done you're like "I did not see that coming". This story is absolutely explosive, will keep you on the edge of your seat and the heat level is scorching! Not to mention frustrating in the greatest of ways! I absolutely love reading Linzi’s work. She has a way of pulling you in so you can’t leave until you have finished. You will enjoy this action packed, suspenseful and hot story. I wait patiently ( actually that's a lie) for each new book in the series to come out. This one was worth the wait. Ms Basset's books include great characters, amazing story lines, killer suspense, and wonderful kink. This one is no exception. But now I have to wait on tender books for the next book. Another great book by Linzi Basset!! I am so totally addicted to this series of books!! Action, suspense and mystery will keep you reading from beginning to end. Amazing chemistry between the characters and lots of hot steamy BDSM scenes tastefully done add to the book. And darn it, another cliffhanger!! So on to book number eight.
