Jedward became the latest celebrities to undergo the Celebrity 100% Hotter experience tonight (January 11) and their makeovers are really something to behold.
John and Edward Grimes revealed on the series they were hoping to see their style mature from the bold outfits they wore during their time on The X Factor back in 2009 into something more befitting of the 26-year-old men they are now.
"It's not like we're stuck in time, it's like we have a brand to maintain," the boys explained, comparing themselves to Britney and Christina Aguilera, naturally.

And, when asked what it was they were hoping to see in the mirror at the end of it all, they had just one request: "Something the world has not seen."
With that in mind, the twins gave the stylists free reign over their entire makeovers, with the only stipulation being that they don't shave off their hair β and considering the general public rated them a less-than-impressive 2.9/10, it looks like they need the extra help.

During the programme, John and Edward expressed a desire to be seen as individuals, adding that they feel like sometimes the public hasn't let them grow up.
"It's not a facade. It is one side of us. Like it is us," John explained. "But there's many sides to us."
And, ultimately, the guys were left gobsmacked by their transformations, with John's trademark quiff cut off and dyed a darker brown, while Edward was given a pink tone in his own her.
"I think it's really cool," John said. "I think we compliment each other."
The makeovers earned them a new rating of 8.5/10 from the public, so they definitely hit the 100% hotter mark, but the real test is what the viewers thought... and that reaction was a little more mixed:
