New HQ|NORTHSTAR productions from the DECCA catalogue on The Spirit of Turtle platform in high resolution stereo and immersive surround formats. 
 

We are proud and honored to have signed a contract with Universal Music for releasing HQ|NORTHSTAR productions under the DECCA label on The Spirit of Turtle platform. Most major companies have stayed far from the developments in High Resolution audio and certainly from Surround material, as these formats are regarded as only suitable for a niche market. Interestingly enough this is exactly the market we are interested in and we love to share these productions in their original form with our customers. 

The first production now available is with Roberto Prosseda, The Residentieorkest The Hague and our long time Spirit of Turtle artist Jan Willem de Vriend in Mendelssohn's 2 Piano concertos. A thrilling performance and recording that already is awarded with a lot of praise and f.i. is chosen as "Editors Choice" on highresaudio.com.
