At least one of the survivors of the deadly shooting rampage at a Jacksonville gaming bar will file a lawsuit that alleges there was not enough security in place for the event.Matt Morgan, of Morgan & Morgan said his firm's clients include one person who was shot multiple times, but survived Sunday's assault. Morgan did not say who they are planning to sue, whether it’s the Jacksonville Landing, the restaurant where the Madden Tournament was held, or EA Sports, the company that makes the game. “Despite the fact that proper security measures could be expensive, business owners and event organizers need to take those steps to ensure the safety of the people that visit and trust them no matter what the cost to their business,” Morgan said.
