University of Bath Vice-Chancellor defends her pay

The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Bath, Professor Dame Glynis Breakwell, who has announced she will step down after facing accusations of excessive pay, has defended her salary.

Prof Dame Glynis Breakwell is the UK's highest paid vice-chancellor, with a salary of £468,000.
