The holiday season is all about giving to the needy. And Ramsey Subaru is proud to participate in the Subaru Share the Love Event once again!
That’s because Subaru will donate $250 for every new Subaru vehicle sold or leased from November 16, 2017 through January 2, 2018 to one of 5 charities: 4 of them are chosen by Subaru and the 5th one is picked by us.
Charities You Can Donate To
1. ASPCA
The ASPCA, or American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, has been an advocate for animal rights for over 150 years. Because of the Share the Love Event, nearly 40,000 animals have been rescued, transported and/or adopted through ASPCA.
2. Make-a-Wish
The Make-a-Wish Foundation has been granting the wishes of eligible children who have life-threatening medical conditions since 1980, so they can have the motivation to keep fighting. Did you know that Share the Love has helped more than 1,500 kids get their one true wish granted?
3. Meals on Wheels
Meals on Wheels America supports more than 5,000 community-based nutrition programs across the county to help reduce senior citizen hunger and isolation. Over 1.7 million meals have been delivered to senior citizens around the US thanks to the help of Share the Love.
4. National Park Foundation
The National Park Foundation has been partnering with the National Park Service for over 50 years to protect landscapes, wilderness, historical sites and places of cultural significance in said parks. Projects in more than 100 parks were funded thanks to Share the Love.
5. REED Academy
REED Academy is a non-profit school that has been helping children with autism ages 3 to 21 learn at their own pace since 2003. Because they are our choice for a local charity this year, we will donate an extra $50 for each vehicle sold or leased until we hit our fundraising goal of $12,500 for the REED Foundation for Autism.
Anybody who purchases or leases a new Subaru Forester, Impreza, Outback, Legacy, Crosstrek, WRX or BRZ from November 16, 2017 to January 2, 2018 has until January 31, 2018 to choose which charity to donate to.
