Urgent Notifications
We will use Parentsquare.com to send families emergency notices, shelter-in-place updates and more. (Download the app for Apple iOS and Android devices or choose the web app version.)
In special student-release situations, our school staff will keep track of which students have been picked up through tools from ICS4Schools
If it becomes necessary to change the student release or arrival time, parents would be notified in one or more of the following ways:
Email, Text, & Telephone
As circumstances permit, staff will email/text/phone parents to tell them of the school closure and inform them of where they can pick up their children. We use ParentSquare to send these notices to you.
Please be aware that, legally, students can only be released to the people identified on the pupil's emergency contact card.
Please contact the school office about any changes to your contact information, so the school can reach you or your designee with any emergency information or special instructions.
Public Broadcast
Radio and television stations also broadcast emergency information and report school closures.
