Guide: Top haunted houses in Nevada

A national publication has released a guide on the top haunted houses to visit this year, including those located in the state of Nevada.

FrightFind intends to connect fans with all things scary and has a few top haunt spots it recommends to visit during the Halloween season in the Silver State. 

Kingdom of Horrors, located in Reno, starts the ranking. This attraction is described to have 26 rooms of terror with guests venturing through long, dark hallways of the former Kilburn Estate and attempting to survive the wrath of the tormented spirits left behind.

Asylum and Hotel Fear is on the list and located in Las Vegas at the Meadows Mall. The Asylum has been scaring visitors for 20 years and reported to have a storyline about a patient losing his mind at a hotel - forever changing it to Hotel Fear. This is a themed attraction with sets and characters.

Bonnie Screams made the list and is located in Red Rock Canyon. This haunted trail is said not to be for the faint of heart. Visitors descend through three new forbidding haunts that wind throughout a darkened town with lost spirits having something to say about visitors    

Freakling Bros. Horror Shows Trilogy of Terror is also on the list featuring The R-rated Gates of Hell, COVEN of 13 and Castle Vampyre haunted attractions. Freakling Bros. has a reputation as "one of the best in the business" when it comes to haunting performers and theatrical attractions.
