Certificate of Compliance It is hereby certified that all materials used in the manufacture of parts in the quality called for on the purchase order correspond to the material and/or manufacturing specifications indicated in drawing or specifications as named in the purchase order. |
We guarantee products to fit form and function for 90 days. Claims on visual discrepancies must be made within 14 days from the date the product was received. Replacement parts will be the first option if parts are still available.
Returns that are acceptable for our 90 day warranty policy may consist of the following-
- Failure to function
- Severe blemish
- Bent or damaged leads
- Damage of packaging
- Failure to meet specific requirements of purchase order
- Faded markings
- Absence of accessories
We understand the burden that damaged or faulty product causes to your organization. We want to make this process as smooth as possible so we may refund or replace your product in a prompt matter.
Please fill out our RMA Request form to accelerate this process. There will be a 25% re-stocking fee for non-warranty returns. An RMA can only be issued by a Freelance Electronics employee. Test data sheets may be required for an RMA request.
