We use this moving company for our relocation and couldn't be happier with the service we received. The team was efficient, friendly, and hardworking. They took great care in handling our belongings and made sure everything arrived at our new home safely. The communication from start to finish was excellent, and the pricing was fair and transparent.

My family and I moved on Friday, September 1st, 2023. I underestimate how much I had to moved. Q' Moving gave me another mover. They were all great, Chuck, Ray, James and Kamar. They were strong and careful with your stuff. The price was reasonable and fair.
I will definitely use them again!!

Absolutely Horrible experience. They Over charged for the move (i quoted other companies that were less expensive) but decided to go with Q's Moving since they promised me a quality and elevated experience with packing and unpacking. At the end of the move. I had their employees yelling at me, Missing a collective amount of items of over $4,000 (of which was a missing laptop with personal pictures etc that i will never get back), Damaged $800 of items, destroyed the paint on my walls in the new home, and in addition to this, it took them over a month to tell me they would refund me $500 of my $8000 move. They tried to say they did me a favor and other companies would never do any of this. But other moving companies would have never of been in this position. Do yourself a favor, Never do business with them. They will over charge you and promise the world and then pull the rug out.

These guys just helped us with our recent move. Our job ended up being much larger than they anticipated, but they were careful, incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to be kind to my children. I cannot say enough wonderful things about these guys!

Moved from a studio apartment in the 2nd floor of a walk-up apartment in New York City. My mover team of 3 movers arrived on time, came with a wide variety of tools, and were so efficient in loading and unloading the truck! The truck was huge by the way. My movers were also very flexible and helped me trouble-shoot aspects of my move to make sure I felt comfortable and to get the job done well! The move was so fast, nothing was damaged, and they unloaded it in my apartment without issue. I would definitely recommend them to others!

They did not disappoint. Charles and his team arrived a few minutes early and started working immediately. Without fail they completed the job flawlessly. Charles, James and Thomas worked awesome together and were so courteous and polite. They made my move smooth sailing. I highly recommend Q's moving company to all my friends and family.

Q's moving was great to work with. They really are a NO BS company. I got quotes from all of the big companies. All of the other companies seemed like they would have additions or conditions that would be finalized at the end. I don't like surprises like that.

I called Q's and spoke with John. John was straight forward and accommodating. After a long search I instantly felt this was the right company for us. Moving is stressful, moving during Covid is even more stressful. John took away all of those stresses.

On the day of our move his crew showed up early and ready to work. They were great. My wife and I couldn't have felt for comfortable. The guys were all nice and hard working. They went above and beyond for us with numerous items. One item didn't fit in the elevator. We told them it was ok to break it and we would throw it out. Their guys insisted they would walk it down to the basement from our 17th floor apartment.

When we got to our new place they stayed and helped until we literally had to tell them it was ok we could handle the rest.

We can't wait to recommend this company to everyone we know.

They broke an antique piece. He guy was super nice when he wanted the business and so rude and dismissive and not taking responsibility. I absolutely do not recommend. They charge hourly. The job was almost finished in an hour and when the movers found out it's only one hour they started taking their time. The one hour job was done in 4 hours just loading the truck. When I said why suddenly you got slow the head guy said no one can rush me.
Just avoid these movers.

Most movers can offer brute strength. Q's Moving has a team led by a man named Ben. Ben thinks in three dimensions. This gives him an unparalleled facility with organization, packing strategy and process. His favorite quote is "God gave you a brain, use it!" I can't agree more.
