Driven By A Vision

MultiTaction and AV integrator Fluid Sound teamed up to work with the University of California’s San Diego School of Medicine to build “The Wall of Knowledge” featured in the Hybrid Operating Room within their stunning Center for the Future of Surgery building.  It is surely one of the most exciting projects we have been a part of! The Hybrid Operating Room contains a 3×3 MultiTaction unlimited touch, interactive video wall that ties together multiple video and computer sources and allows surgical teams to plan, review, and collaborate in real-time with teams locally and remotely.

Customized Experiences

The Aruba team was looking for something special; an interactive video wall that could deliver a compelling, memorable and customized experience at the headquarters in California’s Silicon Valley. Additionally, as the video wall would be the focal point of the briefing center it also needed to be versatile enough that multiple visitors can use the wall at the same time. The solution – a 2 X 2 video wall is made up of four MultiTaction displays, and powered by two MultiTaction software platforms – Canvus and Showcase.

A Memorable Visitor Experience

The Visitor Audio Experience at the Australian War Memorial (Canberra, Australia) is intended to provide additional layers of engaging and informative curated content to enhance the visitor experience rather than provide a traditional ‘guide’ to the galleries. The delivery platform for the experience is a modified smartphone device, enclosed in a specially designed case and the visitor is provided with the device and headphones for their visit. The experience commences with the visitor receiving a ‘smart device’ on arrival in the Orientation Gallery

Recruiting Reimagined

The space includes a 9 x 1 MultiTaction multi-touch, interactive video wall, and a 1 x 3 tabletop. The solution is designed to transform and automate the Raptors’ talent evaluation processes by reimagining data through cognitive and analytics technology. IBM customized MultiTaction software by writing a plug-in on top of our Canvus platform.

Raising The Bar For Healthcare Education

The Interprofessional Experiential Center for Enduring Learning (iEXCEL) is a bold, visionary initiative at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) designed to transform health care education. A 12-panel curved MultiTaction iWall was installed in Omaha at the University of Nebraska iEXCEL center. A curved wall is beneficial for a number of reasons. Beyond giving an immersive in-room experience, it is very engaging to the rest of the audience, and it lessens the amount of real estate required to fit such a large screen because it can be incorporated into a corner. MultiTaction is the only touch technology that can offer a curved solution.
