More than 1,700 people were affected by a power cut this morning.
UK Power Networkss said 1,734 people were affected by the fault at 7.26am.
Engineers restored power three minutes later. Homes and businesses in central Watford were affected.
intu Watford were unable to open the shutters to their car parks for several minutes.
A spokeswoman for UK Power Network said: “We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this incident”.
