Pole fire causes power outage in West Wichita

UPDATE: Westar Energy now reports power is mostly restored. Only a few customers are still without power.

Westar Energy said a pole fire caused residents of west Wichita to lose power Saturday morning
Westar Energy shows more than 3,000 customers were affected by the outage. One person told Eyewitness News the 21st Street Warren lost power.
A Westar representative said the company is currently working on the fix. Power is expected to be restored at 3:00 p.m.
