Perfect! I wish I could buy this as like an A5 sized comic so I could carry it with me at all times and read it pre-“scary” thing…

I love the line, “You cannot live life hiding from rejection and failure. It’s possible, but it’s also not a life.” Simply perfect <3

This really made me evaluate myself and my fears a lot. I’ve always been scared, but uncontrollably scared for some reason. I really needed this. Thank you! <3

This is so beautiful!! I think I need to read this at the beginning of each and every day :)
Also, thanks so much for posting the lyric to the Prince intro!! After all these years of wondering what it said, I finally know…and how totally inspirational that monologue is!!!
P.S. Did you know Prince wrote and composed and played the guitar on “I Feel For You” by Chaka Khan?!?! I just found this out too! Also, Steve Wonder plays the harmonica part!

This is a really good list! I always love these Emily and Esme collaborations. I have a list of questions to ask myself when I’m full of fear, a lot like this. One of the items that helped me a lot was “Am I mixing up a high-consequence fear with a low-consequence fear?”

I love the way you combine life lessons with artsy little comics…without it being as stupid as I just made it sound!

Just the pep talk I need before college! :)

LOVE this comic esp the lettering.
Just one thing to add – taking a deep, slow breath will actually cause the heart to race more. In times of anxiety – it is best to take fast, hard breaths (think panting) which causes more air to get to your body.
Don’t know who started the calm, deep breath movement – but they cannot be more wrong. Try it for yourself and see….

This is perfect. I need to print it out and stick it above my wall because fear and anxiety are such large parts of my life, like it got to the point where I was afraid to open emails or texts. Thanks so much
