Toddler Bids Farewell To Her Pacifier In An Adorable, Balloon-Filled Ceremony

One of the many rites of passage of toddlerhood is saying goodbye your pacifier. For one little girl, that milestone came with an adorable send-off ceremony.

In a video posted to YouTube by YojimboBebop, 17-month-old Cora bids farewell to her "paci" by releasing it into the sky with some balloons. "You're a big girl now. You don't need it anymore," her mom says, just before the toddler lets go of the strings and waves goodbye. It's a bittersweet and unbearably cute parting, and we think this might be one of the best uses of Sarah McLachlan's "I Will Remember You" we've ever seen.

Let it go, Cora. Let it go.
