I ordered a Shower Suite from Bella Bathrooms having called them to discuss the unusual sizes I needed. They provided me with good advice and offered a few options to choose from. My chosen Suite was delivered on the agreed day and I was kept well informed of the arrangements prior to delivery. The quality of the Suite is as good as promised so I am a very happy customer.

Don’t use this company for online orders. If you need to return an item the company are extremely unhelpful. You have to provide your own courier service which will not insure ceramic items and its at a significant cost. So if an item gets damaged which was the case for me, then you loose your money. Best to go with one of the big retailers where this situation won’t happen.

The order and delivery process were very good. The product was not. Spot weld marks showed on the exterior side of the cabinet where the hinges and shelf had been secured and there was a small disclouration on the left had lower edge of the mirror. I "flipped" the cabinet to minimise the effect of these blemishes and have them towards the wall rather than the door. Subsequently, the Bella Bathrooms team asked for feedback - which was taken and acted upon - and their customer service was excellent with all issues satisfactorily resolved. Very good explanations provided reference the issues encountered and a mutually satisfactory solution proposed and accepted. Thank you!

I spoke to someone in person to place my order and as the tap I wanted was out of stock the lady who I was speaking to was able to help me find an alternative. The quality if the items I ordered are excellent. I would certainly recommend the company.

I always state that a good company is demonstrated by how it deals with problems.
On this occassion I had a major problem with a damaged item upon delivery
I always received a positive and helpful response from customer services and subsequently a refund, without any hassel.
The original price was competative.
I would be happy to use Bellabathrooms again in the future, and would recommend them.

Very good service, competitive prices. Slight delay in delivery but it was over the easter period.Great to be able to speak to helpful customer services when chasing delivery. Would defintely use this company again. The delivery driver, Harvey, of Stop Start transport was fantastic.

Bathroom suite was delivered promptly. I accidentally ordered the wrong sized bath panel. My mistake was picked up by the store who called to check if it was intentional before dispatching the correct items. Excellent customer service and a lovely bathroom suite

Customer service rubbish. Rescheduled delivery but they still turned up on original delivery date! I was told I'd get an email the night before delivery of 2 hour delivery slot. Instead got text message at some ungodly hour on the (wrong) delivery day. Because I wasn't expecting the delivery I wasn't checking any messages. I didn't realise what was happening until delivery person called to say he was half an hour away. I was at work and no one at home to take delivery. This company's prices may be cheap but you pay a high price in terms of your sanity. Not worth it.

Bella bathroom's response is incomplete and inaccurate. Not surprised.

Aquadart
I purchased a Aquadart Aqualavo shower tray. Unfortunately there was no stock of some of the waste fittings in certain colours and there was a 3 month wait for some colourways.
It seems strange that stocks of items that go together aren’t synchronised.
I decided to compromise the colourway in order not to delay the shower installation. The tray and compromised waste unit arrived on time and the delivery was well communicated.
Should all the waste options been available I would have given 5 🌟.
