The Periodic Table of a Feasible Utopia.

When I was maybe eight years old, I first saw the periodic table in a science encyclopaedia. I was enchanted - all those fabulous coloured rectangles and mysterious symbols.

The I read Primo Levi, the Italian chemist and novelist. His book of short stories The Periodic Table - tales of life and death under in Mussolini’s fascist Italy of the 1930s - taught me that the periodic table can stand for all kinds of elements and emotions.

I used to read manifestos - political and artistic - and have even written one or two myself, but no one really reads manifestos anymore. So what does a manifesto look like in the age of instagram?

The Periodic Table of a Feasible Utopia is my answer to that question - the elements of the world I would like to live in with you. But utopias are shared or they are nothing. So the question really is what do you think are the elements of the good life?
