Ready to kickstart a healthy year?
We welcome you to our 4 Week Movement Challenge designed to increase awareness of how much physical activity we are getting.
Join us for weekly walks, stretches, and any movement of your choice. We’ll be your cheerleaders and will share motivational tips throughout the month.
Here’s how to get started:
1. Aim to ‘move’ 5x per week. By the end of each week, you should have completed a total of 150 minutes of movement. This can include a walk, stretch, run…anything you are comfortable with. Aim for 30 minutes each day if you can, but go at your own pace and find what works for you within your limits.

2. Use our checklist below to ‘check’ your progress – and celebrate all your wins!
3. Share your progress! Drop us a note or tag us on Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. Share a photo of your walking location, and use the hashtag #TheseLegsAreForWalking
4. Report back weekly to our social media pages for motivational tips & additional resources
