Common blocks that are stopping you from manifesting the life of your dreams.

The Law of attraction

Common blocks that stop you from manifesting the life of your dreams.

If you have seen The Secret or you have read the Abraham Hicks Law of Attraction then you will be familiar with the concept that thinking, feeling and wanting something enough and sending that message out into the universe can bring it into your physical reality.
The concept seems quite simple … believe and receive … however, the manifestation process is a little bit more in depth than just wishing for what we desire for our lives.
What we often don’t realise is the power that the subconscious mind has in being able to block our dreams from becoming a reality.

Below I have outlined some common blocks that may be stopping you in your manifesting tracks.

1. Belief systems that do not support your desires.

When dreaming about the life we want we need to fully trust and believe that it is the life that we deserve. If we are holding on to old belief systems that do not support our dreams then it is impossible for us to manifest them. For example, imagine that your wish and desire is to be a performing artist but your underlying belief (or internal monologue) is that you do not feel worthy of attention (developed many years earlier by the subconscious). How then can you manifest your desire without recognising and  changing the underlying belief system that blocks you?
It can take work to connect to and hear your internal monologue and even more work to change it, especially if you do not know when or where it was originally established.

2. Emotional Blocks

Emotional blocks are subconscious wounds that have left ’emotional scar tissue’ . These emotional wounds are often based around fear, doubt, anger and sadness and can be re-triggered when we start to clear belief systems that stop us from manifesting the life we want. If your manifestation work triggers a re-opening of these wounds then progress cannot proceed until the cause of the wound has been dealt with. These wounds are usually deeply subconscious and can stem from a very early time in your life. It can take quite a lot of inner work to fully resolve these blocks but as they are unraveled and integrated a greater sense of certainty, self-love and trust is instilled in us.

3. Blocks on doing the work.

You may get to a place where you are aware of what your dreams and desires are but you find yourself unmotivated or unable to do the work you need to do to get there. Without ACTION you can’t connect to the law of attrACTION. When it comes to doing the work necessary to get us to where we wish to go it is common to experience feelings of doubt or even physical experiences of lethargy when faced with the task. We may find that we have a tendency to procrastinate or forget to perform the habits necessary to achieve the goal.

4. Future Focus

When creating and manifesting the life of your dreams you need to be able to live it on a daily basis. If we focus too much on what we want for the future but cannot see it in our present lives then you can create too much of a disconnect between the dream and the reality. To manifest the life you want to live you need to be 100% present and have absolute belief that that life you want is the one you’re living presently. Because we live within the linear confines of time it can be difficult to program your mind to connect to the idea that we are living the life of our dreams in the present. This is where the practice of gratitude can help us.

Kinesiology can help you undo your blocks and help you create the life you dream of.

Kinesiology helps us to dive into the subconscious mind and identify blocks and sabotage patterns that hold you back when in the process of creating the life of your dreams.

Kinesiology works with counselling the Chinese medicine meridian system and the ayurvedic chakra system to balance energy centres using vibrational frequencies such as sound and flower essences.

Suggested treatment plan.

When working with kinesiology to help you undo the above blocks I recommend:

  • An initial 90 minute kinesiology consultation followed by 3 – 5 standard consultations 1 -2 weeks apart.
  • Further follow-up standard consultations should be spaced between 2 -4 weeks apart or booked as needed.
