How To Develop and Deliver Successful Bulk Wine Programs Journalist, educator, author and consultant, Deborah Parker Wong, DWSET is Northern California editor for The Tasting Panel, SOMM Journal and Clever Root where she reports on the global wine and spirits industries. Deborah co-authored “1000 Great Everyday Wines” published by Dorling Kindersley in 2011. As a sensory consultant to the beverage and technology industries, Deborah serves as the spokesperson and provides guidance in quality assessment and product development. She holds the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Diploma, teaches WSET certification courses for Discover Wine & Spirits Academy and is as an adjunct professor of wine at Cabrillo College in Santa Cruz, Calif.
