Project Manager - London - (Greater)

I have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a well-established housing provider. This is an exciting opportunity as this housing provider don’t often have vacancies.

The role is a fixed term contract position and will be paying up to £45,000 per year for the duration of 10 months.

As Project Manager you will:

Manage multiple projects from £2 million to £8 million per annum including kitchen and bathroom replacements and cyclical declarations

Engage residents with upcoming works ensuing that complaints are kept to a minimum

Ensure that works are completed on time and within budget

Monitor planned works and large scale projects within the housing sector

Perform stock condition surveys

To be successful you will:

Have experience working within a housing provider preferably with over 3 years’ experience within this area

Have worked as a project manager or building surveyor

Have experience of planned works and large scale projects within the housing sector

A full, valid driving license and your own transport is essential for this role

Have experience of handling budgets and dealing with the general public
