Specialising within the major retail and residential sector based in London, this highly successful contractor have a need for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their busy team. If you are looking to move to an exciting company that excels in their field then this is an ideal opportunity for you.

This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in a £300m expansion development in West London. You will need to get started as soon as possible; you will be out on the field overseeing multiple contractors and overcoming any difficulties.

Essential criteria:

Proven mechanical site management experience

Ability to understand and review drawings

Delivery of projects within either the commercial, retail or residential sector

Experience of leading projects £30m plus
