2014 and 2016 Citizens Initiative Review Pilots
Healthy Democracy has partnered with the Morrison Institute for Public Policy at Arizona State University to conduct two pilot Citizens Initiative Review processes in Arizona. The first pilot was on a City of Phoenix measure in 2014. The second pilot, the first Citizens’ Initiative Review process funded by the public, was held in 2016.
