Therapeutics are very pleased to welcome our new yoga teacher Kate Churchman to Therapeutics. There will be two new classes. 
Mondays - 7.30pm - 8.30pm (starting Monday 26th June)
Tuesdays - 10am - 11am (starting Tuesday 27th June)

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibilty and breathing to boost physical and mental well being. The classes are suitable for all abilities. A 6 week block is £60 (£10 per class)
