Very positive experience with B2E Consulting who placed me in a role. They were excellent communicators throughout the process, from the CV review through to the offer itself and onboarding.

Everyone on the team knew what was happening. This can often not occur with many firms. They have also maintained contact and engagement throughout.

B2E has an active community, regular events and it is frequently trying out new ideas and ways to engage clients and resources. Many of the team have been there for some time so there is good continuity and people get to know who you are.

It isn't a premium resourcing business like Odgers or BIE (though it does handle some senior roles) but it isn't a "hire and forget" organisation either. It sits in the middle ground handling mid-level roles. It has a very large network - many with a consulting background and a large amount of the roles it handles are IT based.

Although I was only involved with B2E Resourcing for a short duration, it made a significant difference on my way to search and get a job. The interview with Hugh Abbott was very friendly and the presentation about the B2E Alumni Programme instructive. Then I attended a CV review Webinar hosted by Hugh and shared with 4 other people, job seekers like me. The criticism from peers was very useful and made me more aware of the need of the employer and how to respond to a job advert. I use the tricks learnt during this session to tune my CV and it seemed to have worked well as within a couple of weeks I had 2 interviews and a job offer.

I spent last night at a CV and First Impression course run by B2E. Besides the insights gained it was a good to chat to other Interims and the B2E staff. A great evening and the type of event that sets them apart from other Intermediaries.

B2E are a rare breed. They really know their markets, clients and candidates. Once engaged they are focussed and efficient. They provide a seamless, well briefed engagement process - for both client and candidate. They provide what the recruiting, relevant talent and searching parties want. Quickly. I was approached, engaged with and placed within three weeks, including rereferences. And the follow up, duty of care and relationship approach has made one feel valued. I've also been able to reciprocate. People buy from people. And B2E have that important element well supported by slick technology that facilitates timely payment - so the value exchange occurs on every level.

They are also very people focused, which gives them an edge when others put money at the heart and centre of their solution. I particularly enjoy working with Richard Eteson, who is personable, approachable, and a thoroughly nice person to do business with. Highly recommend them.

I was lucky to attended the WIRM session with Hugh Abbott of B2E,
was extremely impressed with the concept of the "Buyer value" and understanding the practical use this can have, when applying for future roles and how you can really make your CV stand out from other applicants. Wow, just wow.

Not only do B2E provide an excellent service for their customers, be they clients or resources, they are fully committed to supporting those who need help.

It was business as usual for B2E and Hugh, who held CV review sessions and other webinars during the Covid19 pandemic to support their resources as best as possible. I landed a role fairly quickly after one of their sessions and in this difficult environment, that's saying something to their commitment and success.

Great communication, friendly, down to earth staff who are also very experienced and professional. Great from initial engagement, through the recruitment process with useful help at each stage. Once in the role, communication is good and any queries related to pay are handled quickly. Great all round.

I have been with B2E since September the set up was excellent give great advice and guidance when need clarity.if you have any questions they are answered immediately. Great consultancy agency.

I've been contracting with B2E for six months and can recommend them highly as an excellent consultancy company to work with. Their communications during the recruitment and contract period have been first rate. I've found them to be extremely professional, as well as warm, approachable and supportive. B2E achieve the ideal balance between client and contractor focus, with all parties feeling well-supported.
Their systems for logging time and submitting invoices couldn't be easier, and they pay promptly within 30days. I would happily work with this agency again and can heartily recommend them to clients and contractors alike.

I've used B2E for several hires over the years. What sets them apart from other agencies is the care they take (i) to really understand the role / business (ii) to find good candidates (iii) and to help prepare the candidates.

Whilst this sounds like a list of basic requirements, the devil is in the detail.

The team work well together, with a good common understanding of the open roles and candidates, and in most cases the recruiters have past experience of the type of roles that are hiring for - a big benefit.

They have been a pleasure to work with and come highly recommended.

I attended a CV peer review, hosted by Hugh Abbott. Having been offered a CV review by a number of companies, I was a bit reluctant thinking it was another cunning ruse to extract cash from me. I was wrong. The session was extremely well coordinated and made powerful by having fellow professionals spotting the obvious mistakes in your CV. Coupled with some fantastic industry insights from a guy that obviously knows his "onions", I now have a glowing CV. In a cut throat world, B2E Consulting are taking a refreshing approach

B2E have made the transition to a new contract very smooth from both my point of view and that of the client.
Lots of help with paperwork and invoices plus timely payments of invoices and expenses.
