XOXOrganizing

This review is long overdue! About three years ago, my family was preparing a move and I was so overwhelmed with just the thought of unpacking and organizing. The day after we moved in, with our hundreds of boxes, Sara showed up with her team and got right to work. They were friendly, efficient and just flat out amazing. Sara checked in throughout the project to get my input and also gave great advice when I wasn't quite sure. In just two days, the house became home and we could not be more thankful. I highly recommend XOXOrganizing!

They did an excellent job in the past will be using their services again soon. Sara is very nice and professional on the phone. Maira did a great job with her organizational skills.

Sara is so awesome and talented! I've been wanting to get my house (bedroom, office, closets, bathroom, etc) organized for many years (made several attempts myself and would peter out). I decided to give XOXO a call and it was life changing! I can't believe how much we got done. Sara is so wise and comes up with great ideas on how to organize. She provides well thought out solutions to ensure that things are organized in a way to make life easier and easy to maintain. Not only is she extremely gifted in organization she has great design sense too! I feel like I live in a new home just after a few hours with her. And it was so much fun too! She has such great energy. It was like have a good friend over and having a blast!

My home had a water leak and I needed an overwhelming amount of belongings packed to allow new flooring to be laid. A friend recommended XOXOrganizing. I called, and Sara immediately set me at ease. I only had to send her pictures of my rooms and she was able to calculate exactly how many people and supplies she would need. She walked me through the entire process and made sure that I okayed each item. They arrived on time, they labeled each box precisely so that putting things away would be as easy as possible and they even finished early! Each item was treated with care and my instructions were followed to the letter. I have already recommended them to several people I know and it's been less than a week since they helped me!

Sara is great!!! She always comes on time and provides excellent service. She helped us so much during our move and referred great movers. The overall experience was as smooth as possible.

I reached out to Sara 5 years ago when I was overwhelmed and stressed. She came in and taught me her calendaring system and took the time to follow up and make sure I was implementing it. (When you learn her system it's no mystery how she remembers to do that.)

She doesn't teach by showing you and walking away. She has you do it on the spot, getting every little to-do out of your head, onto paper, then scheduled on the calendar. The relief you feel when you know that you won't forget something important is unreal. I've tried a million different ways to keep track of things, methods for doing certain things on certain days, etc... none of that works. Life is always in flux and her system lets you embrace that.

It also doesn't hurt that Sara is super funny, down to earth, and a living breathing organizing Mary Poppins. I've had a little taste of her physical organizing services and convinced they are just as amazing as her calendaring system. I live in a tiny space and run a business from it as well so it requires quite a bit of ingenuity. I'm looking forward to getting some of her help here with maximizing closet space etc... She's the best.

I don't know where to begin. We recently relocated to SoCal and were overwhelmed by the number of boxes we had to unpack and organize while still working and also caring for our toddler. Sara and her team did some real magic and miraculously unpacked all our more than 100 boxes as well as organized in a fashion that was so nice and convenient. Without their help, we would still be unpacking more than two weeks into our move. We are truly appreciative of all their help and excellent, efficient, and brilliant work.

One more thing:
Sara is just so available, approachable, and reliable. When we were overwhelmed and didn't know how to work this move out, I desperately texted her at night... she was still willing to talk to us and reviewed the whole process and mobilized her team in just two days. She is just an amazing leader and organizer.

Bottoms line:
Anyone relocating or needing to organize, we highly highly recommend xoxorganizing!

We moved into a new house and decided to be organized from the get go. Sara and her team of 3 other really hard working and nice women spent the entire weekend sorting out moving boxes, strategizing what made the most sense to put where, asking us questions about our lives and what we used most/least often, etc. Sara spent time on both days with our 9 yro son to get his room set up the way that would make it the most functional and easiest to keep clean for him. He loved it! Could not have gone back to work like a functional human being on Monday without XOXOrganizing! Sara also had recommendations for closet and cabinet makers, cleaners and other services and we've liked all her recommendations, they've been just as good as her service. We'll be having them back at least twice a year to re-organize and help us stick with it. Cannot recommend highly enough!

I did my research here on yelp and came across XOXOrganizing. Her consistent 5 star reviews are well earned.
I have used Sara's services twice now. I plan on at least 2-3 more projects to have her help me with.
She is very nice, punctual, and a great organizer.
I highly recommend her if you need to reorganize or declutter.

I contacted Sara from my home in Oregon. My parents just sold their home of 60 years and was downsizing to a lower maintenance home. I couldn't be there to help them when the movers moved them into their new home. My parents are 78 years old, and my mother has Leukemia and my Dad has several medicals issues and I contacted Sara to see if she could help them unpack and organize their new home.
Sara was amazing. She went to see my parents the same day we spoke and
arrived the next day with her 2 assistants and began the process of helping my parents organize their new home. My parents were worry free and so was I the entire time Sara was miraculously working her miracles. She kept me updated through out the days with progress reports and photos. My parents loved her and enjoyed the experience. Most importantly my parents just sat back and didn't have to do much of anything, as was my intentions.
I highly recommend Sara and her expertise to anyone who is in need of a professional to come in and organize their home or office. She is Stellar and was a blessing to me and my parents.
